With the PIR module, you can:

  • Allow customers to schedule and book equipment, facilities, and media as well as edit or cancel existing reservations.
  • Improve customer service by allowing customers to browse inventories, view equipment and facility images, and read online manuals.
  • Configure whether orders placed in PIR are turned directly into reservations or whether they require staff approval before becoming reservations.
  • Configure which inventories or items within inventories are available to be scheduled in PIR
  • CSS-based interface is customizable to match the look and feel of your department or company's site.
  • Optionally allow your customers to report problems that directly translate into trouble tickets in the WebCheckout Help Desk and Repair Module.
